These terms govern use of software products and services provided by Pigeonworks LLC.

1. License

Free features are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal and commercial use. Paid features require an active subscription or license key.

2. Payment

Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. No prorated refunds.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights belong to Pigeonworks LLC. This agreement grants a usage license only.

4. Disclaimer

Software is provided "as is." Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Quantitative analysis tools (quant-mcp, etc.) are for informational purposes only, not investment advice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
